Requirements

- All officially supported versions of PHP
- cURL PHP extension
- OpenSSL PHP extension
- Cloud-based Microsoft SharePoint environment (on-premise SharePoint servers are not currently supported)
This plugin requires Gravity Forms and Gravity Flow to be installed and activated in order to work properly. We can only provide support if you have up-to-date licenses of these required plugins.
Metadata support
Currently, this plugin only supports text and number SharePoint metadata columns. Other data types, including managed metadata, are not currently supported.

What does this NEW plugin do?
It uploads file attachments from Gravity Forms directly into a designated SharePoint site, saving you time and hassle. Users of Gravity PDF can also automatically upload their generated PDFs.
Do I need a developer to use this?
No. While a developer could build something similar manually, this plugin makes the whole process simple, fast, seamless and user-friendly.
Please note that some configuration of Microsoft Entra is required during initial plugin setup. We provide step-by-step instructions for how to do this.
Is SharePoint metadata supported?
The plugin supports adding metadata to files as they are uploaded. This allows you to search by more than just file name – instead, metadata can provide a more intelligent SharePoint experience by allowing you to search form field values or certain file details. You are in control of what metadata is uploaded using our easy-to-use configuration UI.
The plugin currently supports text and number metadata columns; other data types, like managed metadata, are not supported at this time.

Can I control which files are uploaded?
Yes. You can set conditions within the form to only upload specific files based on user input by using conditional logic. This can be done by creating separate Gravity Flow steps for different sets of files and implementing the conditional logic on the steps as required. While our Advanced Conditional Logic plugin isn’t required to use the SharePoint uploading plugin, it can be useful if the required logic is complex.
